Essential services. Flexible access. Enduring value.
Keoma invests in infrastructure that strengthens fleet operations and creates long-term customer relationships.

Our Electroway hubs combine secure truck parking, charging, driver facilities and battery energy storage systems in strategic freight locations
We make these services accessible through flexible commercial arrangements, from individual visits and advance reservations to contracted capacity and fractional fleet bases.

The quality of the asset and the way customers access it are equally important.

future.
Fleets need access to the right facilities, in the right locations, and with a degree of certainty (particularly around energy costs) that allows them to operate effectively.

Our model enables customers to secure parking, power at fixed prices (up to 18 months) and supporting services without acquiring land or developing an entire depot. They can establish a presence, support new routes and expand electric operations as their requirements grow.
Turning infrastructure into operational value.
Building relationships that grow with demand.
Transient and reserved access
Parking and charging for individual journeys, giving fleets a practical entry point to our network.
Contracted capacity
Agreed bays, charging windows and service commitments that embed our hubs within regular fleet operations.
Fractional eDepot
A fleet base secured on a bay-by-bay basis, providing access to shared infrastructure while aligning the customer’s commitment with the capacity they need.

Driver welfare
Driver welfare is central to our ESG commitment (Article 9 SFDR compliant) and the way we design and operate our hubs.
We invest in welcoming, thoughtfully designed spaces where drivers can rest, refresh and stay connected, with quality food and drink, comfortable lounges, showers, laundry and site-wide Wi-Fi. This reflects our responsibility to the people who keep the economy moving, making their wellbeing an integral part of our infrastructure.
A platform for lasting value.
These arrangements connect everyday freight demand with long-term infrastructure investment.
Parking and driver services address established needs, while charging and energy services create opportunities for growth as fleets electrify.

As customer relationships deepen, we can plan investment around clearer demand, expand services and improve asset utilisation. Fleets gain the confidence to grow their operations; Keoma builds a diversified income base supported by increasingly embedded operational relationships.

We invest in the places fleets depend on - and build the relationships that sustain their value.
